Four magic mysore morning sessions and two wonderful workshops on the weekend with amazing Chandana from Barcelona.
The Mysore space will be held by Chandana where you will do your self practice under her guidance. She will assist and polish your practice with techniques or give modifications if needed. In these 4 Mysore classes special emphasis will be laid on Bandhas, especially during transitions and some basic postures, to improve and intensify the use of Bhandhas throughout the practice.
On Saturday and Sunday we will also explore two progressive backbend workshops to deepen your practice, no matter where you are right now.
Chandana started her exploration of Yoga in the year 2000. At first, it was all about asanas, until 2009, when she decided to quit her corporate job in banking and insurance, to delve deeper into her yoga studies. She completed her Yoga and Philosophy Course from The Yoga…
