1) Ich nehme am Yoga-Workshop mit Kino MagGregor teil, angeboten vom Yoginzky Yoagstudio, Stuttgart. Mir ist bewusst, dass Yoga eine gewisse körperliche Anstrengung erfordern kann, die anstrengend sein und zu Verletzungen führen kann, und ich bin mir der damit verbundenen Risiken voll bewusst. Mir ist bewusst, dass es in meiner Verantwortung liegt, vor und bezüglich meiner Teilnahme am Kurs oder Workshop einen Arzt zu konsultieren.

2) Rückerstattungs-/Stornierungsbedingungen

Bei Stornierungen, die 10 Tage oder mehr vor dem Veranstaltungstermin erfolgen, werden 100% der Gebühren rückerstattet. Bei späteren Stornierungen wird eine Gebühr von 50% erhoben. Wenn ich nicht teilnehmen kann, verstehe ich, dass ich mein Ticket an jemanden übertragen kann. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich dafür verantwortlich bin, jemanden zu finden und nicht das Yoginzky. Ich teile Yoginzky dann schnellstmöglich den Namen der Person mit.

Ich habe das Obige gelesen und verstehe dessen Inhalt sowie die Rückerstattung/Stornierung vollständig. Ich stimme den oben genannten Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen freiwillig zu.

Terms of condition 

1) I am participating in the Yoga Workshop with Kino MagGregor, offered by Yoginzky Yoagstudio, Stuttgart. I recognize that yoga may require some physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks involved. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the class or Workshop. 

2) Refund/Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Later Cancellations will incur a 50% fee. If I am unable to attend I understand that I can transfer to a friend. I realize that I am responsible for finding someone, not Yoginzky. I will then tell Yoginzky the person's name as quickly as possible.

I have read the above and fully understand its contents as well as the Refund/Cancellation. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
